| Our service includes the procurement, translation, legalization of documents in Thailand and the registration and preparation of documents for the local registry office back home. After the marriage, this process goes backwards and you will receive a final translation of your marriage certificate which is recognized in your country. To prepare those documents for your marriage, contact us first and fill in some forms which we send to you and send us the all documents which are requested by mail. We will do everything else that is required locally. To perform your marriage, you simply sign the marriage certificate prepared by us just right on the beach or in your hotel room. |

Before the marriage we need the following documents:
The following documents should be send to us by express mail 5-6 weeks prior to your arrival in Thailand.
- Consular certificate request (contact us)
- Power of attorney for representing you at the Embassy (contact us)
- Power of attorney for representing you at the Thai Foreign Ministry (contact us)
- Birth certificate
- Certificate of No Impediment to marriage
- Certified colour copy of your passport (created by the registry office)
For each person a document set of the above mentioned papers are required, that means one set for the future spouse and one set for the bride.
With these documents we will prepare your legal marriage in Thailand, so you just have to put on your signature on the certificate in front of the registrar on the wedding day. (Registrar is not included in the price in the document services).
After the wedding:
We create you a certified and in your country recognized translation of your marriage certificate, legalize it through the Embassy and send it to you so you can submit the certificate to the registration office. (Duration will be approximately 6-8 weeks. In some cases the process takes longer). |
