Location Information:
Day 1: Bangkok – Ayutthaya

Drive from the hotel in Bangkok to Pak Kret. Visit the market at the Chao Phraya River. Boat ride with a longtail boat to Koh Kret. Explore the small island by bicycle. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the royal summer palace at Bang Pa In. Drive by longtail boat to Ayutthaya. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Explore the night market.

Day 2: Ayutthaya – Uthai Thani

Visit the temple ruins of What Mahatat and Wat Yai Chaimongkon. Drive to Wat Phanan Choeng with the huge sitting Buddha statue. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit a local temple at Singburi. The surrounding trees are home to giant bats. In Uthai Thani cruise along the Sakae Krang River. Transfer to the resort. Check in and dinner on the lake.

Day 3: Uthai Thani – Sukothai

Visit the morning market. Discover the Hup Pa Tat valley, also known as Jurassic park. Lunch at a local restaurant. Drive to Phitsanulok. Visit the Phra Si Rattana Mahathat temple. It houses one of the most beautiful Buddha images in Thailand, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Afterwards visit a Buddha statue factory. Drive to the hotel in Sukothai. After check-in discover the city.

Day 4: Sukothai – Mae Sot

Explore Sukhothai Historical Park, an UNESCO world heritage site. Drive towards the border of Myanmar. Lunch at a local restaurant. Explore the Lansang National Park with its scenic waterfalls. In Mae Sot visit Wat Thai Wattanaram with the 45 meter reclining Buddha image. Transfer to the hotel for check in.

Day 5: Mae Sot – Mae Sariang

Visit the border market. Drive along Moei River through the mountains. Stop at a refugee camp. Visit a Karen hill tribe village. Explore the Mae Usu cave. Lunch at a local restaurant. At Mae Ngao National Park enjoy rafting along the Mae Ngao River. Drive to Mae Sariang and check in at the hotel.

Day 6: Mae Sariang – Chiang Mai

Drive to Mae Chaem district. Visit some farms and communicate with the locals. Continue to the 2,565 meter high Doi Inthanon, Thailand's highest mountain. Visit the royal pagodas on the mountain plateau. Lunch at a local restaurant. Walk to Wachirathan waterfall. Transfer to the airport, train station or hotel in Chiang Mai.
