Customers booking with INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. or associated websites are understood to have read and agreed to below Terms and Conditions.
Our prices - No hidden costs
All our offers always present a fair value for money without any hidden costs. We include all local taxes, service charges, breakfast in the hotels and possible surcharges right from the beginning so that you can evaluate the true cost without any surprises later on.
Visa & Travel Documents
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary documentation and be in the possession of valid travel documents to legally enter in to Thailand or any other country visited by the booked itinerary.
Voucher
After receiving full payment for the booking, Intours Co., Ltd, will provide vouchers detailing the booked services, departure and arrival times and service providers to its customers. It is the customer’s own responsibility to review the booked services and inform Intours, Co., Ltd. prior to departure of any discrepancies. In addition it is the customer’s responsibility to meet our guide or member of staff at the time, date and place confirmed in the final confirmation voucher.
Insurance
As stipulated by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and other regulating authorities our customers are insured for accidents only. The insured amount for loss of live is 200,000 THB and 100,000 THB for injury. If further coverage is required it is the customers own responsibility to obtain such coverage prior to departure. Clients are not insured for illness or loss/damage of baggage. INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. is neither responsible for any claims above the insured amount in regard to accident nor any claims that are not within the stipulations of the Insurer (AIG Thailand).
Reservation and Payment
Reservation is not deemed confirmed until INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. has received the necessary deposit. The amount of the deposit will be stated in the booking confirmation along with the booking number and usually amounts to 20% of the booked package or tour price. Reservations are deemed confirmed once deposit has been received. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the final payment as stated on the booking confirmation according to the stated due date. In case of nonpayment or delayed payment by the customer INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. reserves the right to cancel the booking without the need to inform the customer.
For reservations of accommodation only, total payment is required. Bookings are confirmed once total payment has been received and voucher sent to client.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation from the client(s), deposit will be refunded according to our Refund Policy (below). In the unlikely case that INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. needs to cancel a tour, the refund of deposit will constitute full settlement; the client will not be eligible for further reimbursement. If a portion of the tour is unused by the client or should need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, political situation etc.) the client shall not be eligible for reimbursement.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before arrival 20% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made 20 – 14 days before arrival 60% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations received 13 – 3 days before arrival 80% cancellation charge.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund for an unused portion or service included in an itinerary. There will be no refund of deposit for clients that do not show at the pre arranged time and place at the start of the tour.
Liability & Force Majeure
INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. acts as an intermediary between hotels, airlines, transport companies and ground operators and other service providers. INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. is not responsible in case of loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property of the client. Any loss or additional expense incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions or government restrictions must be borne by the client. INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. Reserves the right to alter itineraries in any way deemed necessary in the interest of tour members and provide similar accommodation at hotels and resorts of similar standard in case of non-availability. INTOUR ASIA GROUP CO., LTD. Reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseeable circumstance such as weather, local situation, health of participants. On such occasions the best alternative will be chosen to accommodate all those participating.
